Beatles: Rock Band review
Here's one from the Chicago Tribune, featuring some details on various treats that can be uncovered whilst playing the game.
Achieve a three-star rating, and you'll unlock photos from the group's early days in the Cavern nightclub to sessions in the Abbey Road studio in later years.
Unlock enough photos, and you'll release a mini-movie, such as the band's first Christmas album for fan club members in 1963.
Many other treats abound. Progress far enough into the game, and you'll find recordings of the bandmates chatting between takes.

Ringo admits he's a crappy drummer--on Rockband
Ringo Starr is always getting (very unfairly, in my opinion) slammed for being a bad drummer. But when it comes to playing the fake little plastic drums in the Beatles: Rock Band game, he admits himself that he's not so hot:
The drummer reckons he is barely able to play along with the computer game because he cannot concentrate on the on-screen cues.
Starr, 69, told the New York Times he had tried to play Rock Band only once: "It's impossible. I cannot watch the line going down and play at the same time."
But don't let this feed the myth that Ringo's not a great drummer. Yeah, he's no Gene Krupa. But, as the other Fabs have said, there was no better drummer for the Beatles' music. Listen to his great fills throughout the band's canon and how his drumming always serves the song. That, my friends, is what good musicianship is all about.

Three (at least) Beatles albums to be available for download via Rock Band game
A lengthy New York Times article on the upcoming release of the Beatles: Rock Band video game reveals this tidbit:
...while Harmonix sells most Rock Band downloads in the form of individual songs completely removed from the context of their original release, the downloadable Beatles music will be presented in the form of the band’s complete albums (although people will still be able to buy individual songs from the records). The first three albums scheduled for release are “Rubber Soul,” “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band” and “Abbey Road.”

Former Fabs had impact on Beatles: Rock Band
Game developer Christ Foster talks about the role of Paul, Ringo, Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison on the new video game based on their music:
They were really creative partners throughout the project. They were involved in picking and approving the song list, the venues we went into. With the dreamscapes, they saw storyboards of all the material, and gave feedback on whether or not they felt like those interpretations supported the songs in the way they wanted."

That wasn't all, though. "They really kept us honest on whether we were capturing the spirit of the band," continued Foster. "When you know who the Beatles are, and you know the joy in their faces when they play, you have to capture that on-screen. [...] They were really good at keeping the standard high."

Details on Beatles: Rock Band instruments
Not only will people be able to play along with the Beatles once the new Fabs-based Rock Band game is released, they'll be able to do so on replicas of the band's instruments.
According to various sources, items available will be replicas of John Lennon's Rickebacker 325, George Harrison's Gretsch Duo Jet for $99 each. These fake instruments won't be included in the "special edition" of the game, which comes with a replicas of Paul McCartney's iconic violin-shaped Hofner bass and Ringo Starr's bass drum with Beatles logo.
And, according to Kotaku, the game will feature the ability to attach up to three microphones so players can take a stab at replicating the Fabs' harmonies.
Y'know what, though, why not learn to play a real guitar? For the price of the game and assorted extra plastic guitars, you could buy an Epiphone Casino, the guitar John, George and Paul owned from the late 1960s on and used on the sessions from everything from "Rubber Soul" through "Abbey Road."
You will never be cool playing a toy guitar, man.
